SAN ANGELO — These San Angelo gift makers may not be Santa's elves, but they have been hard at work leading up to the holidays and are hoping to help you get the perfect gift.

People looking for something handmade, unique and local are welcome to order now from these members of the Greater San Angelo Crafters Guild.

Each of these nine can make something customized in time for the holidays, but also have items for sale without the wait.

"Time is running out to get special orders completed. But, all of these artists, crafters and makers have a fairly large inventory on hand, so it would be easy to get something special that is already made," said LaLita Reid, online advertising officer for the guild. "Shop local, shop small, (and) shop handmade this year and get something unique and heartfelt."

The market will have over 50 vendors, including the ones mentioned above. People interested in being one of the vendors have through Nov. 28 to apply for a spot by emailing gsacraftsguild@gmail.com.

There will be free entry and hourly raffles. For more information on the market or guild, visit their Facebook page or gsacraftsguild.wixsite.com.
